Adamah is Earth and She is the mother of Adam. Adam was the first act of The Creator (God, if you will) to bring His ultimate creation to life; creation of humanity.
Adamah was made to nurture and hold Adam and his kin to Herself like a true Mother; and all that was mortal in Man was made from the bowls of Adamah.
And Adamah has a physical aspect to Her that we see and interact with it, which is Nature, and a more mystical aspect that we feel inside and ties us to Her like what ties us to our human mothers.
This mystical and non-physical aspect is what you may call the spirit of Earth, and through its movement and subtle vibrations it forms the laws of Nature and spreads their governance to all that is upon Adamah and probably even beyond.
As Adamah turns, filling our days and repelling the void, She also locks within Her the clock that signals the passing of our times and the withering of our days. Aren’t the givers of life also the takers of life? But still, it is Adamah and Her laws and Her clock and Her spinning that gives our lives a pace and this pace adds to our lives a meaning; a purpose.
“Walking with Adamah” is about this life in its physical and non-physical contexts. It is mainly about my life as it spins away into the betterment of my own, but it is also about the lives of others. It is about events, stories, issues, news, and many aspects that affects me as someone who Exists, and affects others.
